Booking terms

Booking and payment. A trip is confirmed when you accept our proposal in writing and pay a deposit of [30]% of the total price. The balance is paid [on arrival / X days before the trip].

Changes by us. Some activities depend on the weather and safety. If an activity is cancelled, we offer another date, an alternative or a refund of that activity.

Children. Tell us the ages of all children when you book: some activities have minimum ages. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
